Final Sale Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products—including hygiene items, edible goods, and self-care essentials—we do not accept returns or exchanges.
This policy allows us to:
- Maintain cleanliness and product safety
- Prevent contamination of intimate or perishable items
- Ensure every customer receives new, untouched products
We believe honoring your health and trust starts with protecting product integrity.
Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we cannot accept returns, we are happy to help if something arrives:
- Damaged during transit
- Incorrect (wrong items or size)
- Unusable due to an issue on our end

Items That Cannot Be Replaced
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to replace:
- Underwear
- Opened menstrual or hygiene products
- Opened skincare or food items
- Items reported outside the 14-day window
- Items submitted without prior contact
